View Full Version : exhaust q's
right i have a c14se [coilpack] in my nova im using the corsa manifold with the corsa downpipe but had to modify the downpipe to fit as it was at the wrong angle
i have a new exhaust to fit from the downpipe back but would idealy like a replacement downpipe
would any 8v nova downpipe fit to my corsa manifold?
the bottom on my manifold is a 2 bolt fixing same with the end of my new exhaust
so i need a downpipe with 2 bolt fixings on each end and is just a single not a twin pipe
any ideas

I thought the C14SE had a twin downpipe?
the c14se im using is from a corsa and has a single downpipe

You might need to look at 1.4 SPi downpipes then as 1.2 engines have a one piece downpipe and front section, 1.3 SR engines have twin downpipe as do SRi/GTE/GSi
just had a look at that catalogue and there bare no downpipes with a 2 bolt fixing either end with only a single pipe
looks like im gonna have to change the manifold :(

I used a Nova manifold and welded a lambda thread on :)
Wish my engine was as clean as that lol
did you just weld a nut onto it and where abouts? Did you have to lengthen the lambda wiring?
