c20 let running problems?please hellllppppp

ive just fitted a let and it will start fine first time then missfire badly then when u turn it off it wont start again for atleast an hour like its flooded ive changed temp sensor.cranksensor,dizzy cap,plugs,leads,rotaryarm nearly everything but when i take the plugs out there blacker than black and piss wet throo with fuel like its overfueling?helllllllllllllllppppppppppp please

What management and injectors?
Whats the eml saying?

everything is standard i think dont now about the fuel preasure the engine management light is on but always has been since i fitted the engine over 2 weeks ago and it has never done this before its only started doin it yesterday checked the compression its all gud ive been told
