will it bolt staright in to my 1.0L ??? and are looms the same ??

you need the steel engine mount off the 1.4,

the 1L tank does not have a return where as the 1.4 carb does,

then a little bit of wires

im gunna be running twin 40's so will i need a return ??

no you won't need a return for twin 40s

most of the wiring is already there, but you will need to extend the oil pressure sender wiring and run a switched live to the carb

I did this conversion from a 1.0 to 1.2, radiator, and coil will need changing, some pipe work and some wires will need to be altered in length but apart from that jobs a good 'un mate ;)

IIRC you need to take a different live for the coil

yep - we did my bros

1. os engine mount needs changing to a ohc 1 of a 1.2/1.3/1.4/1.6 engine
2. radiator and front rad pipes need changing same as above of a 1.2/1.3/1.4/1.6
3. the 1.0 runs a ballast resistor in the Black ignition live wire to the coil so you will need to make a new wire i took my feed off the ignition barrel.
4. My bros 1.0 didnt have a return on it and as said if you are runing t40s you wont need a return so tank will be fine.

not too sure on the t40s setup as ive not fitted them to an engine before but the above is to fit a standard 1.4
