I need a bit of help, I am getting a c20ne ready to go in my nova but I am stuck on a couple of things. The auxilary belt runs the alternator and PAS but I have removed the PAS so need a belt to fit. Which belt should I use? All cars with this engine seem to have PAS.
Also what is the easiest way of linking up the exhaust, will I have to do a bit of fabrication?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Machine the pulley off so all you have is the alt pulley & just run that belt. Remove the PAS pump obv.

not sure if the 2.0 8v's ran a multiribbed belt? but if they did you need to go to your local motorfactors and just try some belts see if they fit or otherwise if its the v belt setup as CG says just remove the pas pump and run 1 belt my old nova ran the twin v bottom pully with no rubbing issues and the exhaust will need some cuting and welding to mate up
