Time has come to sell my Astra coupe. Baby on way so can't really keep this car. This has been my pride and joy since 2004. I have always replaced parts with genuine parts, never skimped if it needed it, it got it. Unlike some cars out there this has the best parts and not done on the cheap. It has done 72000 miles, alot of which was motorway mileage. Spec is as follows:
Engine/Transmission:
Z20LET engine running EDS Phase 3 software.
Modified top hat (home ported)
EDS SMIC to keep bumper standard, and standard looks
XEV inlet cam
Regal hard boost pipe
VXR turbo (done around 10k miles, still strong. Fitted correctly unlike some)
AFM recently replaced
BCS replaced, rear one deleted (can be retro fitted)
Collins dump valve run alongside standard valve.
Engine oil changed no longer than every 5000 miles/1 year using top quality oil (FS 10w40)
Lightened flywheel, one off. Weighs in a 3.4 kg.
Helix (4) Paddle clutch and pressure plate, fitted 3000 miles ago with brand new slave cylinder.
Gearbox oil replaced using Castrol SMX.
Blueflame 2.5" system, with sports cat.
NGK iridium plugs.
Black sillicon roose/chris astley hoses.
2.2 airbox, with panel filter, crossover pipe deleted.
Alloy radiator.
Polyflex engine mount.
Cambelt/waterpump and full service done in june at 70500 miles.
Chassis:
Running Gaz coilovers with camber adjustment
Whiteline rarb.
Whiteline rear wheel shim to adjust toe and camber.
Whiteline strut brace
Kumho KU31 SPT tyres alround, in great condition, done around 1500 miles.
EBC ultimax discs (308mm) with Ferodo DS2500 brake pads on front.
Rear have new discs and pads (brakes about 1500miles old)
Driveshaft cvs and gaitors reconned/renewed
Alignment settings set for fast road/occasional track.
TC Button fitted, so can be switched off.
Lower arm brake ducts.
Aero wipers
Braided brake hose through out. Running race dot 4 fluid, replaced in May. (brake fluid changed every 6-9 months, full flush, including pushing caliper pistons back.
HID Headlights (6k, adjusted correctly)
Interior:
Full heated leather in great condition, cleaned and conditioned twice a year (full clean)
Flock center dash.
Boost gauge in ashtray so hidden.
Will refit standard CAR600 and 4 disc glove box changer.
Wiring for amp and sub to the rear already, I will leave this in there.
Car is always cleaned and detailed, using snow foam, two bucket method, polish, cleanser, glaze and wax. Under arches cleaned and dressed. The car is still on original floor mats (irm turbo ones) which goes to show how well the car has been looked after.
I'm sure there are more things I have missed, however will add them as I remember them. This has been a well loved car, but like with most cars there are a few issues, I will name this honestly below.
-Spoiler is trying to make a break for it, It is broken and won't glue back down. I may be fixing this before the car goes anyway as it does my head in knowing it's like that.
-Rear bumper has a few scratches on it, I've stuck a sticker over the worse of them. Just needs to be sprayed.
-Front bumper needs refitting and has stone chips, along with the lower bonnet section. I will refit the bumper before it sells.
-The wheels have signs of woman! In other words they have come into contact with a kerb, I will be re- doing these before the sell, so they will be fresh:)

Asking price: £5500. I'm not in a rush to sell it as the little one doesn't appear until June. In fact it's made me sad writing this thread:(
