what is the best way and things to use to clean a gearbox up and paint it???? thanks dan

I used thinners and a jet wash.

if you use a jetwash does it damage any of the inside like get water in the gears????????????

Brillo pads, nitromoors, engine degreaser etc. What I used :thumb:

I used degreaser. Comma stuff. Gunk is **** IMO. Just dont aim water at CV socket openings, etc.

This might be, but i still had water come out when i removed the end cap from my F20.

I think thats what i did in the end. Well the inners anyway.
