As you can see its a bit of a war-horse :S
Unfortunately a bit of poking revealed the hole you can see on the n/s inner wing, it's just behind the headlight.
Not too bad but certainly something that'd need attention by the time the next MOT is due.
There's also a bit of surface corrosion that I found after lifting some sealant next to the battery.
I must stress that's it's not a hole and the rest of the battery tray is fine and dandy.
Door bottoms on both sides are scabby, haven't let this bother me as it's not structural and passed the last MOT as they are.
To pass the last MOT I did a fair bit of welding, which involved repairing the following:
Both areas where the rear arch and the rear end of the sills meet. (this was mostly completed from templating and making my own repairs, apart from the n/s where I replaced part of the sill with a pattern sill panel.)
Plating a couple of small holes towards the front of the sills.
Plating just underneath the front TCA mounts where they join the front valance panel.
Plating a hole in the rear valance. (not actually necessary for the MOT as it couldn't have been seen)
Plating a hole in the o/s rear spring seat plate on the rear floor pan. (fecking difficult to do without a proper ramp / lift)
Something I've also noticed is the sump could definitely do with a wire brush taken to it and then a fresh coat of paint.
Or a replacement sump can be had for less than £50 new.
Finally the camshaft oil seal appears to be weeping a small amount of oil, nothing major just looks a bit messy.
Price: now £600 (open to offers)
