an uprated fuel pump (probly from cav/vectra)

you can probly use the fuel pump u got on the cav sri, disconnect the fuel pump, and take the complete bracket including pressure regulator off the cav.....

then attach it under the bonnet, you will find the wires are in the cav loom somwhere

think it was blue and brown or blue and red.....

make sure you connect the flow the right way

we installed ours undeer the bonnet......... so it sucked the fuel up the inlet pipe. we just blocked the fuel return........

worked fine

streghtenin = not really
better brakes = yes for sure
on the back = not really needed
change wiring loom = engine loom yes
tank + pump = no, the 1.2i is in the tank, so get a cav unit
suspension = yes dif springs

surely the cav brakes are good enough neway and can or can't i use the lift pump in the tank and then use the cav pump for the pressure and all the loom and that shouldn't be much hassle as i'll have the two cars side by side. i dunno if i can be bothered to do the rear discs straight away as there not really needed but the cav seems to be the ideal donor car ne way. got spax shoxs neway! i think im definately gonna go through with it now 1
