bottom pulley does not fit in the nova bay ! whats the easy way to make it fit ?

get the extra bits cut off in a lathe, i believe.

aye thats been cut of the pulley but still doesnt seem too fit !?

orite , well the actual story is i have a c20ne in my nova and the bottom cog is broken ,and managed too get 1 off an sri 130 which is a wee bit wider than the ne one but still goes on ,but the pulley wont fit in the bay! dont see why not? if i was too put the 130 in it i would have the same problemlol

i think you need to get the correct pulley/cog, as the one you've got is too wide, or you get it machined down.. i think it should be the same one on a diesel if you are trying breakers.
