My rear disc beam arrived today thanks to Andy (awizz) Top chap, everythings mint, and i just need to build it together and wait to get the car back and fit it!

I recon thats a bargin, concidering it has new discs, new pads, new poly bushins, and the axel is either shot blasted and sprayed, or its new!

I'm well impressed :D

how do you intend to solve the handbrake cable problem?

i have the parts to do rear disc but cant get my head around the handbrake

That is fucking mint! I got one for ?250, and it needed new discs, new pads, new bearings and loads of cleaning. Would have been cheaper to buy a rip off kit from PVD or something in the end.

Still. It's all on and sorted now.

PVD supply a kit to sort it, or novatech supply a modifyed handbrake cable, or there's always mod it myself... not sure how yet tho!


what bias valve you got?

1.2, i have been reliably informed by loads of ppl that this servo suits the disc beam perfect as the back end wont lock up. I have V6 front brakes to be fitted to replace my vectra 16v stuff too.

I think he made it for himself, but something happened and he then sold to me. I dont know the full story tho, i didnt ask him where he got it or why he was selling.
