i was wondering would it be hard to put a set of cav sri callipers and disks on a 1.2 j reg nova
also how much trouble is it to fit the twin carb of a 1.4 sr and does it make much differance in speed
you will need 15" wheels i think

the 1.2 Jreg is the injection model i would have thought. It is a lot more difficult swapping from Injectoin to Carbed and vice versa. If it had a carb on already then it would be fairly straight forward.
As for the brakes i think you might need at least 15' wheels to get the disks to fit in. Not certain on that though.
To get more performance on ur Injection, get An induction kit and remove the catalitic converter. That might give you an extra 5-8 bhp.
Make sure u keep Cat converter to put back on for its MOT though.
the brakes will go with 14" wheels just not the 3 spoke gsi 1's 4 sum reason the dont fit

not enough room on the inside of the wheel.......
you could get away with it if you used spacers
in fact if you have worn discs and pads you might get away with it *JUST* but theres no chance with brand spankers
mine r part worn from a scrapper thats maybe why then ne way no prob soon 15" r goin on after pvd

what u need to do is get an inlet manifold from a 13SR and a 2e3 (either from the 1300 or a 1400) u WILL need it rejetted for the 1200
as for the wheels - the cavvy it came off had 14" wheels so i cant see why they'd need 15" :P
its just the 4.5J nova rims that dont fit right

can you not use the main jet from the 1b1 and put it in the secondary jet on the 2e3?
