tyre size for 16's on corsa?

hi there ive been offered some speedlines in 16x7 inch diameter with no tyres and just wanted to no what sized tyres they would need and get some prices

the corsa will be lowered 60 or maybe down to 100.

no they look like allessos mate thick 6 spokes but there not

195/40R16 would be best, maybe 195/45R16 as long as the wheels are the right offset

Think the arch was just bonded on instead of bolted. That was actually with no springs in, was just testing it, looks the same as 100mm though imo. I didnt drive it with them on, but it rolled around my drive without catching. Just gives you an idea anyway, i wouldnt recommend going 100mm down on a rim that wide lol

i am a big fan of my stance and slammed cars tho, my brown coupe is on 7.5inch 16s with super stretched 165 40 16s on and dropped on gaz gold extra low coilovers with bumper stop cut in half, down on stops :d and thats over 100mm with sill 3.4inchs from floor,

but on hatches with the straight rear arches looks awesome with wheels well up into the arch im sure u could get some wheels nicely tucked up in there.

Sounds like you don't mind a bit of catching then Lol. Just get it done then, if anything needs modding then fair enough, it'll look nice once it's all done.

You could use standard ones, but some cheap Gmax ones or something would be better.


Anybody Know what size tyre i would need to get a little bit of stretch on a 16 inch wheel, my nova is 110mm Low and im fitting 16s.

Gmax shocks do fine, i have them on my nova down 100mm and it's perfect.

only arch mod was to take the top arch bolt n plastic nut off :lol:
