i was involved in a motorbike crash early into the year.. i broke my nose, wrist, ankle and knee.. tawn ACL / MEL ligiments and put my teeth throu my cheek. safe to say the helmet saved my life and wrote off the micra :thumb:

anyway, i dont like hounding my solicitor.. so i will see if anybody on here is the wiser!..

i have had my medical report done ect.
this morning i recieved my lose of earnings and damages scedule*

2 questions..

do i get injury and damages claims together? (as 1 payment)
will i be waiting much longer?

Personally, i'd hound your solicitor.
He'll get a big enough pay out for representing you, make him work for the money.

Normally it all gets lumped into one payment, when i got mine it inculded all the pain and suffering, taxi/bus money refunded, 6 months loss of earnings etc etc etc.

But as Keif says its why your brief earns his money, just dont expect a quick outcome my case although more complicated took 4 years.

My wife had a basic whiplash claim that was open and shut case but that took a year.
