I would like to know if I can install a 20seh intake manifold on my 16se. could get to match the holes in the butt?

no, it is too long. the 20seh engine is about 50mm longer. the e16se manifold is good for 150hp without modification.

I really want to install is a 20seh bike carb intake manifold , not the original of that engine.

you can get a manifold for 2 x weber 40dcoe carbs to fit the e16se & c16se. and there is Bogg Bros. they do bike carb manifolds.

the 20seh one will take a lot of work to make it fit, as you will need to cut metal out between each port.
