Make - Vauxhall
Model - Corsa
Engine - 20XE
Mileage - 82k
Price - 2250

General information -

I carried out the 20XE engine conversion in july, the car has covered around 900 miles since then.

The engine was taken from a 1991 Astra GSI, i bought the car as a whole and took what i needed, the engine was on 111k upon removal.
Before the engine was fitted i carried out the following work -
Valve stem oil seals.
Head skimmed, new headgasket & headbolts.
Timing belt, water pump, timing tensioners & rollers replaced.
Cam seals, inlet gasket, thermostat gasket all replaced.
8v sump gasket & shorter bolts (No leaks & doesnt burn any oil)
Cool running thermostat fitted.
New oil filter, plugs, leads, dizcap, rotor arm etc.
Brand new MK2 Cav inner CV's mated to GSI shafts.
256mm brakes.
F20 Box.
Battery relocated to boot.
Engine bay smoothed & painted.
Some Roose hoses have also been fitted.
Ecotec Plate & Pipe.
BMC DIA Enclosed filter.
Stainless steel cam cover bolts (Engine pic shows no bolts, was waiting on them arriving.)
Power steering has also been retained.
All parts were brand new, no corners were cut, i should have the receipts for the parts somewhere but if you read my buildup thread you will see most of the parts as they were fitted.

The engine was fitted to the car at 80880 miles.

Externally i've had the drivers side painted as the laquer was peeling around the bumpstrips, the passenger side is also peeling but i havent had the funds to get it painted.
I painted the rear inner wheel arches/rear beam and made a start on the floor, but recent weathers holding that back.
Its on 15" Irmscher Twinspokes.
Car is fitted with spax shock absorbers, 40mm Spax front springs & 60mm rear springs.
I also had a toptint windscreen fitted from my old GSI as the original was cracked when i bought the &
Tax'd for 6 months also.

Everything has been done to the highest possible standard and all work carried out by myself (qualified technician)

Here is a link to my build up thread on CorsaSport, it's worth a read to appreciate the time i've put in.

I would consider part exchanges, but ideally i would like some cash my way.
I am open minded so feel free to approach me with anything, please include pictures and as much info as you can.

I have put lots of cash and hours into this car so i have priced it reasonably i feel, I may well have forgotten a few things, feel free to call or mail me with any questions/offers.

Sending documents away tomorrow to retain my personal plate, it's not included in the sale.

Cars just turned over 82k.
Was given an engine flush and service last week.
Genuine Vauxhall parts & fluids were used.
