hello im in need of some help and advice, ive got a nova with a c20xe fitted inlet is drawing in air and needs the gasket changing. i tried a while back to change it but couldnt get the inlet off the studs that holds it on because of the clearance with the bulk head. the bulk head still has the sound deading on it, has any one had to do this job before and if so whats the best way to go about it.

Im thinking about taking the studs out, peeling back the sound deading, or knock the bulk head back a bit that im not so sure about doing lol

any advice would be a big help cheers :thumb:

try and slacken the left hand engine mount off so it drops the engine forward a bit. This will only work if you are using standard mounts lol

mine was like this it was the clutch cable, removed it off the pedal pulled it out the bulkhead and it came off.
