Hey guys most of you will just think I'm being a pleb but hey I wouldn't ask if I knew!

Well iv wanted to spruce up this motor bike engine for ages and iv finally got round to spraying it red (don't worry it resists up 500 degrees)and now iv sprayed it, it looks really dull and ugly what can i use to give it a bit of a gloss shine?

I know about clear lacquer but i don't know if this we resist high temperatures?
or is there a lacquer that would do the job?

Please post links that would help a great deal

Thank-you very much Jake .
