Astras came with the same engine but the downpipe probably wouldn't mate up to your system without some modifying.

Why not go for a new 4-1 manifold and system then? I had one from Eurorallye on my 1.6 8v and it fitted well.

a 1.3 astra manifold will fit a 1.6 gsi engine, but why not just fit a proper gsi one?

just need a cheap tatty one for the minute. just gotta get the car running for about a week, then its going back in the garage and is being striped and re built from scratch.

a 1.2,1.3,1.4 nova manifold & downpipe will also fit, as will an astra 1300, 1400 or mk3 onwards 1600 8v
