Black/Silver Number Plates Legally

To get Black/Silver Plates legally will involve, alot of money, time and effot.

Basically Cars registers on the Isle of mann can have them if they wish, all the novas I saw over there had em, looking alot better.

Just a thought if your bored?

thought they could be only issued to cars over a certain age and that had them in that style.

Define "alot of money time and effort" - is it a beg the DVLA job?

Cant see the prob miself - they sow up at night prob better than most coz of new relective materials and look much better.

i want a set for display purposes

You've got to get the car there, register it there (which will probably mean living there) once registered there you can have the plates made up to what ever style you like,

1. Regulay standard yellow / white
2. New Standard yellow / white
3. Manx Style with red flag
4. Black Silver

oh, they you have to ship the car back.
