They can be sourced easily enogh, it's the paying for them is the hard part!!lol Dr. Manta in Germany can get most parts.


Check where the bulkhead meets the inner wing at the left hand side beneath the battery - they like to rot there, and it is impossible to get at and fix.:thumb:

the same guy also has a mk1 mr2...with a set of kosei wheels ive been lookin for, for years...had them on my first cav and i had only ever seen 3 other sets in pictures

Bought one as a project and the other for spares..

Got bored or disillusioned and chopped em..

Gorgeous cars with masses of potential but... one that stripped is going to be an utter pain to build, glass sets etc are becoming so rare they generally get mentioned in for sale ads for half finished projects. Something to keep in mind if you do go for it

Glass can be replaced with perspex...tbh im not even sure why he has it, hes a ford man mainly, has cortinas that are rotten stashed around the corner...might even already been scrapped and he is pilfering it for parts making it only good for track use

Glass is an example of how rare parts in general are becoming, not trying to put you off it I've wanted one for years, in fact once I can afford to run the track car as a daily I'll mostly likely occupy the hole in the garage with one lol If I got offered one like you have, it'd most likely be before that even :p
