i was really upset when i got gazumped on my bungalow but as the phrase goes " everything happens for a reason" and i hava bigger drive, biger bedroon with ensuite and its on a quiter road and it wants a full re modernisation which will all be my choices so happy days inc stress to come

House prices where I live are fapping extortinate!!! 2 bed semi's with no drive or garage go regulary for £110k, 3 bed detached properties are about £180~220k :S

My dad paid £89k for his 4 bed detached with a RoRo drive, garage etc in 1988, valued at £325k last summer! Ridiculous prices :(
