Does everyone else seem to spend half their year on the phone to them?

Ive been trying to get a quote for 20minutes so far!

Change of vehicle-2hours
New modification- 10hours
Claim- Id give up i wouldnt even bother trying

For basic quotes I've always used Flux Direct..

Apart from that I usually have no bother on the phone..

Must be just lucky!

well ive just left them for towergate classic ins
my renewel came in £285 up(£795 on a cav GSI) on last year, they blamed the econemy and said thats the best they can do after being with them since i passed my test(7 year ago),and giving them the new quote off towergate(£311 fully comp/rac breakdown courtesy car windscreen cover etc),they just didnt want to know,so the phone went back on the hook.............. tosser's

I was insured on my mk3 astra gsi and swapped it to the ford KA and its not even £25 cheaper they say its because its unmodified and that same BULL excuse of economy climate .. FOOOK OFFF. im still with flux but found that brentacre would be £800 fully comp on nova with everything declared just a high excess but then again im 24 5 years no claims soon to be 6 and have had 9 points which went off last year..... ive been with flux for 4 years now soon to be 5 and finding them to be more shet everytime i phone them
