No this isnt a post about smooth bodywork or the such, its just that I run a mk4 golf for work everyday and I have the nova for messing around.

Recently i had to use it for work and it was auful, banging around and the -60mm spings and shocks were almost useless.

So I was thinking about doing some mods like sound deadening and panels in the back to bring down the road noise, but want some advice on the suspension.

Does anyone know of a good make that is suitable for general cruising rather than track use with a c20xe. I will keep my old stuff for the track but want something so I can at least not do my back everytime I go over a bump!

Any ideas?

No I am willing to raise the ride height to get back some form of comfort. Maybe its because I got so use to golf suspension I forgot how bad it was!
