big brakes

does anyone know , will 288mm brakes fit under cavalier expressions 15 inch [ 86 mk1 nova ]

hi . further to brakes question, i tried some slabs on car [ 195/55/15 ] and they rub on the coilovers . is this normal and do i have to use spacers or normal struts . thanks John
