I PUT A 1.4 IN MY NOVA WHEN ORIGINALLY IT WAS A 1.2 CARB. I GOT TOLD THAT IT NEEDS A FUEL PUMP CUZ THE ENGINE NOW IS SPI ENGINE. IS BEST TO CHANGE THE HOLE TANK, MAYBE GET ONE FROM A 1.4 CORSA OR NOVA AND PUT IT ON MY CAR. OR GET A UNIVERSAL FUEL PUMP SOMEHOW THIS WAS SUGGESTED TO ME I DONT HAVE A CLUE. ANY IDEAS ANYONE ?:confused:

1.2 spi tank would be the easiest option, its not a big job to swap tanks over. or you could use an in line facet pump as spi does not need as high pressure as mpi.

would this work on my engine then? the problem we had is now the spi engine is in the carb method of transfering the fuel needs top be upgraded o the spi,
