looking for a cam for my 2.0 8v corsa project, does anybody have 1 or what cam is the best for it???

whats been done to the engine? i could supply a newman cam but its obv brand new not 2nd hand matey.

just gone polish and port it mayb solid lifters and double valve springs leaving the botom end standard

if go on the newman cams website you can see what cams they do, id look at the 270 or 288, but as it states you cant still be running the stock injection you need carbs or tbs matey, but what those prices are without the vat i can get for a touoch more than that. so with the cams being £!45+vat i could do it for £150-155

is the car being used as a daily driver? just going onto solid lifters etc will make it abit more unuseable so to speak thats all

building it into a track day car so need plenty of torque and not as much horse power

the 276 or 288 would do then...either of the 2 hydraulic profiles newman do would work pretty well, but maybe get them ground into a solid profile not hydraulic if using it on the track
