Dyno run!

Got the corsa c20let on the dyno today it ran 220.2bhp and 221ftlbs of torque!
Pretty happy really it's only got an fmic and a dump valve.

I'm having boosting issues atm thow somethings not right when I boot it,, it seems to rev then stop jerk abit pop then go again? Only in the lower gears?

sounds like plug gap or plugs tbf

i had the same problem changed the plugs to rs turbo ones and gapes then correctly and its been fine ever since

a blue peg said, has similar issues myself running super 4's, changes to bcr8es re gapped and never missed a beat since, get a halfords trade card they are less than a fiver for a set :thumb:

iv got some of them plugs but i need to re-gap them isit 0.6mm they need gapping to?

0.7-0.8mm according to haynes

Just checked plugs and they are super 4s how do I regap the rs turbo ones without a feeler guage? Isit true use a hacksaw blade? Or shall I just wait till tomorrow lol

best to use a feeler gauge mate, mine is set to 0.6 and im runnine 1 bar no problem

That's good to know matey I thought I'd seem to gap them at that somewhere! Where's the best place to get a turbo to downpipe gasket from other than eBay? I'm wanting to fit a 3"downpipe.

changed plugs thanks for the help dean... but it has made no difference what so ever its maybe even worse?? what are my other options/things to check? now its getting to about 3.5k in 4th and holding back?

is it on a dizzy or coilpack?

there is some mod to the dizzy rotorarm to remove the resistor etc on it.

Change your rotor arm and dizzy cap, what condition are your leads in ???

Try a differnt afm from some one else car ect etc
