today i got my sisters saxo vtr ritten of.

driving down a 30mph road at 30mph then someone in front desides to go down a side road and slams on brakes i stop person behind me stops then a van ploughed straight into the back on him shoving his clio into me the van was fine (****er) clio was totalled tailgate was up windows smashed rear panel stoved in and front smashed as it hit me and stoved my bumper in a wrinkled both quarters.

just what i need

Doesnt matter if he did, run into the back of someone its your fault instantly, should have braked/left enough space etc.

You are correct lol. For some reason i read that as if the Saxo was in place of the Clio!

cheers everyone yeah neck and back is rather sore now had to go to A.E and im claiming whiplash compensation ect

Shut up, If hes injured, Claim. What is it with people who need it, aren't allowed to claim because loads of people who dont have it do.

He will genuinely have a sore neck and back from that. Claim IMO. If only to get back where you were prior to this.

If that Kangoo is anything like my mates Berlingo it definitley will be damaged. From a similar gay little bump he has broken headlamp mounts/rad pushed back etc. Although it looks fine.
