nova sr pierburg carb problem

just wondering if anybody has had problems with their nova sr pieburg carb blocking its jets quite a bit ,would an inline filter be a good tip :thumb:

yep deffo get an inline filter.

yep il do that ,as was on the way home just now ,& it wasnt pulling that well ,went down to 2 cylinders ,then stopped :{ i waited a bit ,then it went like stink ,then stated dying again ,ive had this problem before .it was a bit of muck blocking the secondary jet last time ,

there is also a filter in the intake pipe on the carb mate its in the pipe on the carb u gotta hook it out had problems with mine changed the fule pump 3times befor i found out it was there could give that a try mate

Always had problems with mine doing the same? it was stood 3 years. I got half i pint of water and plenty of rust out of my tank!!
