Whats the advantages of running the tie-bars like this anyway?

Ive read about it somewhere but forgotten what it said lol.

spacing that end, nothing but clearance as all the pivot points etc are the same, spacing the other end down creates some anti dive characteristics.

Ar right then so its pointless then doing that unless your doing the crossmember too.
