Help needed asap!! Fuel rail

Iv just over tighten the shrader valve and it's broken off!!!! :( is there anyway I can get the peice out of will a new fuel rail be needed?? C20let btw....

Fuel rails are ten a penny pal because they are the same as a xe its just the fpr thats different

thats rather unlucky, as said above there pretty cheap to come by! and the pressure is different, may need to replace the gasket however! but should be alright!

Problem sorted :) thank fook waiting for someone to drop me a fuel rail off now!
