If a person were to lose there license (have it revoked due to totting up points!) Are those points still there when they pass their test again and have a new license?
Anyone any info on this?
Cheers

dont think so, otherwise you would just lose your license straight away again.
you may get a tt99 marker for totting up

It will say on the counterpart if you have points or not.
just apply for the license, they will know what it should have on it. as rob said, it may have the totting up code on it

I had this years ago. I got my license back after taking my test again and the 6 points were still on there and halso had to start the 2 years thing again. Had no tt99 or whatever, was just the normal sp30/etc.
