vauxhall nova clutch cable

well after waiting two weeks for a new one from vauxhall, i get a call saying they dont make or list them anymore, so i odered of a website on ebay listin a genuine one, this is what i got.....



hasnt even got the right end, but he says its genuine?? no!!!!!!!!!
anyone who where i can get a cable as i dont want a pattern part as they last about 5 secondslol cheers!!!!

Nova one has a little L-shaped hook style thing that goes through the clutch pedal doesn't it?

Get one (or take 2 for a spare) from the SPI corsa B from the scrappy, and while you are at it, take 2 throttle cables, again vauxhall dont sell them, vauxhalls advice when they told me they didnt stock the cables for novas any longer was to go and buy a modern car!!!!!!

Part number comes back as a mk3 astra cable.

Vauxhall do still make the parts, its because every **** whit that works in vauxhall spares department cant be bothered to look for it :thumb:

I got a genuine one from vauxhall a few weeks back so there still available

Why not just buy one from a motorfactor? My place has them on the shelf...

I did the same just incase.I havnt even got a nova anymore but I've normally got a clutch cable in my car at shows. It won't help me but would get somebody else home if there's snapped.
