well after having the cav a year i fancy a change,ive put a lot of work into it but i find the need to keep borrowing my mates trailer to take the quad out for my nephew,what im thinking is getting an astravan,

though im not into the ecu crap im looking for a spares or repair diesel so i can sacrifice a cav td for the better but older isuzu lump

question is will i regret parting with the cav,its not mint by no means but repectable id be better off with a van to be fair,heres the cav in question for those who havent seen it

i regret getting rid of the combo too funnily enough its about a year each time spend loads of time on them then get rid,
and i know good cav td saloons are getting rare thoughideally need a van:confused:

Damn fukking right, seriously David, dont do it ive regretted getting rid of mine since the day i did it, you wont find anything else as good on fuel, spacious, good looking (cavs snap necks when you drive by, i saw a guy walk into a lamp post staring at my old one as i drove past) i promise you, you will regret, dont do it:eek::eek:

gladly if i found a good van id let her go,
i have the audi to use anyway and working local till feb so plenty of time to sort a van,
though the cav is ultra reliable and ive done belts and serviced it and painted it and stuff but i regret selling everything i have owned,she gets plenty of looks on the motorway and where it goes like i mentioned there getting thin on the ground now,decisions decisions

tax=110
test=100(including little failure bits)
around £800 to make a ideal van so i dunno:wall:

a set of slabs would keep me happy but since my slabs were stole i cant justify buying another set for the ridicoulous amount people want,id like to put it back on big tyres on slabs ideally or 5 stud turbo wheels but its all dollar i could do with spending on the escort:)

the silver ones arent on it now spud,will do you a deal with them though there are a odd flat spot on 1 or 2 need sorting and 2 tryes needed 2 are okish
and the fuel and boost were done nearly straight away pulls really well

not bothered about pm matey,make me an offer on them there just sitting there and im prefering some standard 15s now for it there italian wheels unsure does say but too lazy to look,there 17inch,but you have first offer on them ideally need some spigots but i priced them upon ebay for 7 squid,

i always get my tyres from ebay used on some battered wheels usually and my mate fits them for me f.o.c so theres an idea for tyres:thumb:
