Jist is i bought some shocks off ebay for my cav but he had some springs aswell which spud wanted, alls fine so i emailed saying i wanted them.He emailed back saying ok £20 posted so i sent an email saying ok with no response,so another email sent no response.Anyways i went onto the payment thing asking for a revised invoice which i thought would be better for him again with no respose untill tonight when i get this, heres how the convo went

Him:As you have made no effort whatsoever in contacting me about paying for this item which you have won / bought, I see no other option than to raise a dispute with ebay. Or, if you would prefer,I will not contact ebay, then you leave me good feedback as if the transaction completed and I will cancel the entire auction with you and call it a day so I can relist. Let me know. Thanks Andy

me:i sent several emails actually, which i have copies of asking for a revised invoice to include the springs and postage as i wanted these aswell for a friend.Ive had no response from you at all untill now,and if this is how you sell on ebay i,m glad i havnt paid as i probably wouldnt have recieved them

him:You are going down. Last chance.

WTF lol wats ya rek i should do

Tell him to get a life and check his emails. He can open a dispute with you as much as he likes as you have evidence of sending him messages so you can prove it to eBay.

Up to you though. With the way this guy is going about his business I wouldn't send him any money at all.

Save him in the personal vendetta folder and be sure to win expensive items in the future that are only posted first class. :thumb:

Step 1.Contact ebay.

Step 2.Get his mobile number.

Step 3.Pay him.

Step 4.Get the bits sent to you.

Step 5.call him a cun.t.

Step 6. 6 months later subscribe his mobile number to loads of mobile porn, ring tones, crap vids etc.

Step 7.Laugh.

An ebay claim would go against you, as ebay sticks its head in the sand when it comes to deals outside of their system, which the payment for the springs is. As far as they're concerned, you entered into a contract to buy the dampers, and you've yet to pay for them.

However, if he does raise a trouble ticket, all you do is acknowledge it, then pay for the item. In fact, why don't you just pay for the dampers now and forget the gubbins about the springs? As that would severely urinate on his ability to raise a ticket - he'd have payment, ball is in his court to send the dampers to you.

When was the auction end date btw? As I thought you have to wait ~40 days before raising a claim with ebay (or is that just for buyer claims?). So if I were you, just wait til day 39 before you send payment. lol

You can start an unpaid item dispute after 4 days of auction end, then they have 7days to reply,if no reply you recieve final fee credits and they get an unpaid item strike.Which im certain is more than 5 as i give the same person 2 before and going by his feedback he already must have had 2:roll:
