bodged & damaged front engine mount in my nova c20ne

wel lads,
as some may know ive lifted the ne engine out to fit a xe.


wel here is the state of the front mount that the last guy had in with his 2l conversion. the monunt looks like a bodge and is split.

what will i replace it with, anyone got any ideas????

It may have perished over time or had a hard life from the previous owner flooring it in every gear, I hope no one would be that daft to actually notice the mount in that condition and leave it in.

Oh and buy a new mount.

you on about the split at the top? they all do that, its normal.

Replace it mate but its not uncommon for that to happen, just got to keep an eye on it.

99% of them split at the top, its only piss thin there, as long as the bottom bits are ok its fine.

The new mounts i put on my corsa have split at the top after about 3k.

tigerseal and large nuts in the new one ;)
