as above whats the best setup for nova.shocks and springs or coilovers.running fk at min but wanting a change something not as harsh.:thumb:
What do you use it for?
Daily?
Track car?
Low as you can go?
what's your budget?
Bilstein imo if you have the cash

110mm lower springs and standard shocks and bushes lol.

i use it everyday lowered 100mm on the back fk coilovers on front. :thumb:

If you don't want the ride to be harsh, don't use -100mm springs.
Depends.... -100mm springs might be fine, but you will have shag all travel, which would mean you need hard as feck springs and soft as shoite damping to make it ride nicely but still handle. IMHO hard springs and soft damping is pefrect as it gets rid of skittishness, but does make wet handling a little twitchy.
