hi i got a stock car what i need too sort the timing out on i got a strobe light off my step dad and he didnt tell me how too use it jsut wondering can anyone tell me how too use it please. :confused:

You usually set the timing by the marks on the cam and crank, on the 8V engines..

basically you should have 2 marks one on the crank pully and one on the block somewhere you release the dizzy bolts just enought so you can move it then clip the light onto a plug wire fire the light onto the crank and you will see the 2marks move the dizzy either clockwise or anti clockwise until the 2 makrks line up when they do tightne the bolts up and hey presto!
