^About the average for Tamworth lol lol
it is warwickshire.... as you drive down the road to polesworth, there is a sign that says 'warwickshire, shakespeares birthplace' and a picture of a bear shagging a gatepost, i doubt shakespeare ever went to polesworth....
Ill put down a tenner that the front garden is full of scrap within 6 months lol
By the sounds of it Nick youve got it cheaper then here! A house share around here for one double bedroom is about £350pcm :S Thats for one fcuking bedroom!!

Tell me about it, my last place got shirty that the Nova dumped oil all over the drive lol
I think I might move oop norf. £600 doesn't even register on the scale of rental in Dorchester, prices start at about £650 lol
Can pick up a nice 3bed semi with a garage for about £500 in Stoke/Staffs. :p

im paying £575pcm
My Mum and Dads got a 328i sport and i didnt think it was that bad on fuel. However, my last car was a 300zx twin turbo, so i dont think i have very good judgement on economy!
However, my GT TDI is for sale ;) and it does 70mpg

i love my e36 tourer but i want an E30 M tech tourer :-(
e36's fail, everything fails on them, diff mounts, head gaskets, vanos, window sensors, PAS, suspension, airbag sensors and hedgehogs! But do drift nicely
/\ disagree.... i one can last this long with a right good baxtering, then e36 bmw's are a very reliable car
Your mpg will improve over 8 miles vs 1 mile commutes!
I was doing nearly a tank of fuel a week in the omega going 1.5 miles each way... I then moved jobs to a 40mile each way commute and I used the same quantity of fuel per week :)
£200 of bills... thats cheap, then again council tax must be dirt cheap oop north what with everything being worth about 50p lol
those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones....stu stop throwing poo at us midlanders
my poo is like stones at the moment :(
get baxter to drive you somewhere in his works van... that'll fix all known bowel complaints....

hey baxter, have you checked that the local fast food places deliver to your new address??
E36s are heavy as fook. My 192BHP 325i is no quicker then a c20xe cav :(
That'd be about 500pcm here. Sort of what I'm after atm, need to find someone to share with though :(
