hi just wondering if theres a quick way ie on line etc to get the v5 into a different name. cheers

Don't think so, need to send to DVLA to change ownership/name (marraige?)

You have to send the V5 to the DVLA unfortunately (after filling out section 6). Still, name and address changes are free. It'll take anywhere between one and six weeks for them to process.

Alternatively, you can do it at your local DVLA office, but they'll still need to take your V5C and reissue you a new one through the post. May work out a little quicker.
