i supply newman cams and ive ran the 270 xe and the full race with really good gains mid and peak. where they tell you they peak, they peak, some companies could tell you 3-8k powerband but actually run out of puff at 7k.

as for gains, theres no way to give figures. headwork compliments cams, cams compliment headwork etc etc. which cam were you looking at?

tbh dpends what else your fitting.

they do a 272 road/rally cam which would run on stock injection, otherwise if went carbs and headwork the 280 cam .
