Been a slow week for me so far, not even been ito work yet :( waiting for Monday to come round as a new contract kicks off lasting till March next year :)

1600 sqaure meter of plastering & then Nurospec fireproof wallpaper on top :)

Off to North Wales again on Thursday to price up a fire damage building renovation aswell :(

And building up two cars in the spare time lol

lol its poo here too. the usual mire of managers,staff and customers conspireing to make this day/week poop. though fingers crossed i shall be building my mates new let nova soon. happy days.

even i'm struggling to muster any decent mood... my knees are killing me... and before anyone gets the codger jokes out, when it gets autumnal weather, my knees hurt like hell, & have done for about the last 20 years....

lol @ Liam.

I've got two metal plates in my left forearm from falling of a swing when I was about 10. Last few years I've noticed when I've been really cold it absolutely kills!! Apparently as I get older it will become worse!! : (

my left one has bolts in it.....and is slightly better than the right..... its only for a few days when the weather changes... last winter they were fine in the effing cold.

what a cacky day!!....torrential rain here all day, been caught in it twice!! Resorted to doing house work...lol
