if that wasnt carbon fibre everyone would rip it, saying its chav tastic etc.

IMO it would of been alot better putting the standard cossie shape into carbon.

great craftsmanship. poor design is how i sum it up...

alright if you took of the decals and the wheels on the skyline, it would look alot better.

on the cossie, just after the rear of the door, the normal swage line area looks horrible.

and yeh the rarri is lovely.

O dear, typical someone on here miss's the concept of the whole project and decided it would have been better within the confines of the standard escort cosworth bodyshell and dimensional footprint.

i havent missed the "concept", im mearly saying it doesnt look good in the photo above.

yeh great, he is spending thousands, making his escort lighter, giving it a wider footprint etc etc.
but his c0ck is still the same size!

i appreciate the workmanship that had gone into it, but with spending that sort of cash, a spaceframe car could have been built & the increasingly rare cossie could have been kept in one piece.

as in....

No it would have been a different car if he used the standard cossie shape...

It's a time attack piece, not a show car.

Agree 100%

Also IIRC space framed chassis are not permitted in time attack.

Agreed that it would lookfar better in the standard shape but I don't think those few changes will detract from the finished product! Would love an hour with his credit card!

i think its pure porn
imho if you dont see through the manufactures badge to apreciate the level of pure skill craftmanship and beauty of that escort then i feel that you dont understand the full processes devotion and dedication required to produce a car of that kind to that standard.

im by no means a ford fan but that truely is the most eye pleasing cossie i have ever seen

also nobody else has mentioned that the arches are simply function over form
get a cossie that low without them and maintain scrub free wheel arches and i will be impressed

That cossie is more nutty that squirel sh1t, it must take a hell of a lot of time and balls to rip the car apart and model carbon doors wings etc, i personally think it looks amazing, and it is only being built for one reason, time attack not a conquors (sp) competition at the end of the day.
