1.4 or bigger??

got the engine running now..but somethings fukt..its idling really fast at 3 on the rev counter..maybe somethings sticking it the carb but wat other bigger engines wud be a straight swap or at least have not much work to do the swap..Cheers Rich

if my experience is owt to go by it'll be the carb - like the idle screw is jammed or the choke set up is all wrong.

What carb is on it?

3k revs is way too high - should be 900!

(we can tell you the location of the screws)

itll be the idle speed screw i would have thought.......

even if your choke is open it should flood it before the revs get that high.....
