why do they change it, why dont they just leave it, still, its not as bad as when it goes forward, that takes me weeks to get used to!

in principle http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time

The argument these days is for kids to be able to walk to/from school in daylight.Oh and from the scots who would be in darkness for most "waking" hours.

I'd sooner see the clocks forwards 2-3hours in the summer months to make uber use of daylight till midnight :)

WOuld be a pain in the **** when you start work at 5am though and go bed about 9-10pm!
Would be like going bed in the middle of the day lol

Oh, my mistake!!

EDIT: Actually....blue where DST is applied, orange is where it used to be observed, red it where it was never observed.

Aye, loads of countries use it.

I wouldn't be all that bothered whether we junked it or not. Wowuld save a lot of faff, although most of my clocks change themselves with DST.
