sri looms

my car is a sri but think the looms been changed at some point:mad: is it true that the sri car loom is linked to the engine loom :confused: if so should i change the full loom again as in take dash out:confused: :thumb:

You are indeed correct!! Car loom and engine loom are all one. For my XE conersion i ripped it all out and got a pov spec loom. Made it much easier IMO.

Are you converting or running a C14SE?

Although a bit messy (there is some gooey stuff behind the loom tape) it is possible to separate the looms. did it on mine for the DTA ECU. Made it easier to keep the fuel pump relay set-up this way.

1.2 spi novas are the same too. I done the same as phazer when fitting my baby xe.

my car did have the c14se as standard been runing alot of difernt engines since then tho .Its had 20 seh. 20xe e16 and no a 12 at the mom ent time for dash out a think never done before tho:confused:

Dash out isnt hard. I think theres a how to in the articles section.
