Why so cheap ?
Is it because it's impossible to speed ? or is there more reasons to it

it is used for work & there are less seats in it perhaps????

Not used for work on insurance policy, just social as if i've chosen to have a van over a car, and was logged with 4 seats 'cause theres 2 in the back

Less of them insured privately = lower claim rate?

Plus if its a derv, it'll only be a low insurance group anyway.
