When trying to accellerate in the early gears the revs jump around randomly until the car gets to over about 4000 revs. it makes it accelerate slowly. this doesnt happen when not in gear and when it gets above certain revs. A mechanic said that this could be the coil breaking down under heavy load or something. any ideas? wont be poo in the carb cos it revs fine out of gear and above certain revs.
