as there seems to be 400 a day on the box, im just thinking, dose anybody copy what they show, or are they ment to just make you hungry, there seems to be more cooking on tv than anything else, what happened to all the decent tv shows!!

i loved that vet show with the crazy scandanavian girl who killed more animals than the vet off the league of gentlemen..........

the jamie oliver tries to get yanks to eat something green show was depressing, as the poor bloke was in a losing battle there.... he showed them how nuggets are made & the american kids wanted to eat them...
he also took all the crap food from the fattest family in town & gave them fresh food to eat.. they claimed they'd eaten it & not lost any weight, so he asked the daughter what was her favourite food she'd eaten & she said pizza....

LMFAO I saw that one, it was brilliant. IIRC they spotted trash cans full of junk food wrappers outside as well lol

I used to like watching Homes Under The Hammer when I was off, gave me a reason to get up in the morning. To Buy Or Not To Buy was pretty good, but after that from about midday til 5-6pm (Relocation Relocation, Grand Designs etc) it was utter durge like Jeremy Kyle - I guess they can't put that on too early otherwise the jobless bums will miss it as they don't crawl out of bed til the afternoon.

What the hell is any daytime tv about? I rarely watch the tv. If i'm home alone it doesn't go on generally unless i'm listening to music. The only programmes I do switch the tv on for are a couple of the soaps but tbh I wouldn't be too lost without them.

no. i am sat in an office and about 20yards & an arrest warrant from the nearest tv..... so i'll have to ask the missus to let me know.

I applied to get on and got as far as a researcher ringing me up..

Presumably to check that I wasn't insane or something..

Anyway, they chose to ring me at work, at a bad time and I responded with manic one word answers..

The guy said he'd ring back..

About eight months later, I'm still waiting..

I guess he must have filed me under insane, afterall lol

Pathetic or not, it's money for old rope if you do well..

That 18 year-old kid tonight bagged £100k..

Er, so I hear ;)

Would probably help your chances if you were!

Deal or No Deal gets my goat, the way old Edmunds comments on how skillfully the contestant is playing the game etc. Er, excuse my bluntness, but what skill is involved with picking random boxes?! If it was me, the show would be over in a few minutes... pick pick pick, ring ring, no, pick pick pick, ring ring, no, pick pick pick. Etc. lol

I'd also get fcuked off with the people wishing me luck and offering words of wisdom each time they open their box. How about I wisdom my foot up your **** unless you hurry up?!
