i suffered from really bad coldsores when i was 14/15 yrs old.. they actually showed a film at school about it... you know the sort of thing.. bloke in brown tank top & massive sideburns explaining how its nothing to be worried about & lots of people can have them......

it was hell for me......... the whole year turned round to stare at me.......

in fact, they appear when you are run down, ie have a cold... thus the name... you probably got it from your mum when you were a baby.... its the other form of herpes that you need to worry about..
